Why would I want silk or faux flowers when I can get real ones?

Silk or faux flowers & plants are clean and allergen free, won’t wilt or need water and are less expensive than live flowers. They are a lasting keepsake of your event and will ‘live’ for years in your home with little or no maintenance.

 

How do I know it’s safe to buy flowers from you online?

You pay us via paypal which offers protection to both the buyer and seller.

What is your return policy?

Silk floral products are personal in nature and often made especially for you.  Our products are not returnable.

 

How long will it take to get my order? Do you have ‘rush’ shipping?

For stock items we ship via Priority Mail within two days of your order. Custom orders can take two to three weeks to create depending on the size & complexity of the order. We ship them upon completion via Priority Mail.

 

Do you have co-coordinating items available to match my bouquet?

Yes! If we do not have matching items in stock, we can order or custom make them for you.

 

Can I get boutonnieres to match my bouquet?

Yes! We offer a very manly rosebud boutonniere in colors to match your bouquet.

 

How does your business rental plan work?

It’s easy. You let us know what you need and when. We give you a quote. Once you approve the quote, we complete a contract that outlines our rental program. Then we order and deliver your rental items.

 

What if I rent items and they are lost or damaged?

The safety of rented items is your responsibility. Your deposit will be applied to any lost or damaged items.

 

What if I decide I want to keep one of my rental items?

No problem. Let us know which items and we will prepare an invoice for you.

 

Can you deliver to my area?

We personally deliver to most of Western Washington. For other areas, either UPS or the Postal Service helps us out.

 

Can you ship custom flower arrangements?

Yes! We have shipped to many parts of the world. For larger items we usually ship the arrangement and the vase separately to avoid damage. Small arrangements and bouquets can be combined in one box for shipping.

 

Do you offer delivery & set-up services?

Yes! If you live in Western Washington we can decorate your wedding or party venue, home or office. We can also collect your rental items when your event or rental term is over.

 

May I change my custom order if something comes up?

Once a custom order is confirmed and paid for we cannot make changes. Additions to your original order are welcomed but may cause a change in the estimated completion date.
